How to use Daily Routine Skin Care products

Let Us Help You With Your Daily Routine

Below you will find Dr. Tracy Ringo's recommended Morning and Night Routines, developed to help your skin get the most benefit out of each product used. All of the Daily Routine products compliment each other well, so you can layer and overlap treatment regimens to suit your skin's needs. As you layer the products, you will be surprised how light your face feels. When applying the products, a dime sized amount is usually all that is required.

It is highly recommended that you use a sun screen daily, even in the winter months to protect your face from UV rays. Exposure to UV rays without sun protection can cause or worsen discoloration and cause premature aging of the skin.

  2. Sensitive Skin Cleanser — wet a wash cloth and apply a dime size of cleanser; use a gentle circular motion and then rinse off
  3. Foaming Gel Cleanser — apply to oily areas and rinse off (you may not require this cleanser if you have dry to normal skin)
  4. Acne Toner — wet half of a cotton ball; leave on face, do not rinse off
  5. Apply Serums – Super C, Retinol A, Hyaluronic Acid — start with a pea to dime size of all the products and massage into skin
  6. Stem Cell Cream
  7. Apply any Acne Medications (if applicable)
  8. Total Protection Sun Screen — a dime size should be enough to cover the entire face; make sure you use a thin layer and rub in
