Thank you for choosing Exclusively Skin, the practice of Dr. Tracy Ringo. We created this page in an effort to help our new patients become familiar with our office policies. Should you have a question that is not answered on this page, we encourage you to call us at any time. We’ll be happy to help you in any way that we can. We look forward to seeing you in the office soon.
We schedule patients by appointment. If you have an urgent need to be seen by the doctor quickly, please call our office and we’ll do our best to work you in to our schedule the same day.
If you should need to cancel an appointment with us, we ask that you please contact our office within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment so that we may offer your appointment time to another patient in need.
As a new patient, there will be some information that we’ll need to gather about you to create your medical record with us. Use our secure, online patient portal to enter your medical history and update your personal information once you have called our office to schedule an appointment.
To access the portal, look for the red button at the top of this page with the label “Patient Portal”. You will then be directed to the Healow page. Once you are on this page, click on the blue box at the bottom right of the page that is labeled “Pre-Register”. Please note that you must be using the Chrome browser in order to use this feature. Other browsers are not supported at this time.
When you arrive for your first appointment with us, please be sure to bring your insurance card(s), if applicable, and a government issued photo ID. Please also be prepared to provide us with a listing of any medications you are currently taking, including any over the counter medications or supplements.
Insurance / Financial
Dr. Ringo accepts most major health insurance plans. When you call to schedule your appointment with us, we will confirm our participation with your plan at that time.
Please be prepared to pay any co-payments, deductibles or non-covered services at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we gladly accept checks, credit and debit cards.
When you find that you are in need of a refill on your prescription, please contact our office with your pharmacy’s name and phone number and the medication you need refilled.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your request. If the doctor requires you to be seen prior to refilling your prescription, we will contact you to schedule an appointment. As a general rule, we do not refill prescriptions after hours or on weekends.
